- Realty One Group Philippines may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services at its sole discretion.
2. LEGAL JURISDICTION & FRANCHISE NOTICE
Realty One Group Philippines is independently owned and operated by a Philippine entity under a franchise agreement with Realty One Group, Inc. USA.
Real estate services are provided exclusively by licensed Philippine brokers and agents. Realty One Group Philippines is not itself a licensed brokerage.
All agent memberships, property listings, and sales transactions are administered under local Philippine laws, including but not limited to:
- Republic Act No. 9646 (Real Estate Service Act)
- Philippine Civil Code
- Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- Certain features require you to register and maintain an active account.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Realty One Group Philippines reserves the right to disable any account that violates these Terms.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services, including logos, design, trademarks, text, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Realty One Group Philippines or Realty One Group, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

6. LISTINGS & SELLER AUTHENTICATION
If you are a property seller, you authorize Realty ONE Group Philippines and its agents to display your property information for legitimate marketing purposes, including on affiliated listing platforms.
7. MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Services, you consent to receive SMS, email, or push notifications from Realty ONE Group Philippines in accordance with Philippine regulations and the Data Privacy Act. Standard mobile carrier charges may apply.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
8. PAYMENTS
If you purchase goods or services from our site (e.g., training materials, merchandise), all payments must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Credit card processing may be handled via third-party providers in accordance with BSP regulations and local data privacy requirements.
9. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
When you post reviews, photos, or other submissions (“User Content”), you grant Realty ONE Group Philippines a license to use, display, and share that content. You are responsible for ensuring it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, property damage, or third-party claims, even if advised of such risks.
